NINOLAB is a privately owned company established in 1965. Since the start we have supplied, and have had service on, laboratory equipment to Swedish and also Danish laboratories.

We are well established on the Swedish and Danish markets which we cover with our own sales- and service personnel. Our offices are on four locations in Sweden, our headoffice in Stockholm and our sales and service offices in Göteborg (west), Malmö / Lund (south) and Umeå (north). In Denmark the office is in Copenhagen. In total we have over 50 people employed.

Our customers are mainly found in the Pharmaceutical industry, Research institutions, Universities, Hospitals, Biotech industry and other industrial companies such as Chemical, Food, Electronic, Car industry etc.

Business concept

To supply Swedish and Danish laboratories with laboratory equipment and furniture of highest quality and also offer service on all delivered products.
We shall with intimate knowledge of the products and their fields of application contribute with the best solution for our customers.

Sales department

Our sales organization consists of 18 people of which 13 are salespeople and 5 are in our sales support function. We have salespeople located in all five offices (see above) to be able to give our customers the best support. With special competence within our different product areas (see below), our salespeople can contribute with the best applicationsupport.

We represent today about 40 well known manufacturers of laboratory equipment on the Swedish and Danish markets. The products that we offer are divided into the following product areas;

Heating-, Cooling- and Climate control
Sample preparation, weighing and control products
Washing and sterilization
Water-, Air treatment and Clean room
Biotechnology
Furnitures / Projects

Service department

We have our own service department which consists of 23 technicians, service manager and service co-ordinator. We have a good cover of Sweden and Denmark with our own service personnel in four of our offices, Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö / Lund and Copenhagen, and above that we also cooperate with independent service shops.

All service technicians have up-to date knowledge through continues education at our suppliers.
All instruments that are used for service are calibrated with traceability to national and international standards. Ninolab are accredited to perform refrigeration service, certificate no# 2957.

Sparepart stock is available at our different service facilities and we guarantee the supply for at least 10 years after the product has been taken out of production. After the warranty we can offer service contracts on all products sold by Ninolab.
